It's actually not that rare for a show to last 100 episodes anymore, but it is still rare for a show to still be doing interesting things when it reaches that mark. House overcame a slight hiccup in the second season, and managed to slink past a few less than stellar episode ideas last season, and things seem to be right on track again.
