You may be thinking to yourself that Hell's Kitchen just ended, and of course you'd be right, but that doesn't mean it isn't about to start again... because it is. The eighth installment of the show is kicking of September 22nd, and (assuming various points-of-view) it looks like a good one.
The past two seasons have started off somewhat rough, giving us both a walk off and the unforgettable invitation for Gordon to step outside. This season leads us in with previews of a group of cheftestants who are apparently a little less willing to take what Ramsay dishes out.
Still, it looks like a well-rounded group, and first show staple "signature dishes" gives us new highs and lows for us to run with. Check out the new contestants, and let me know where you are with this show. Personally, I'd rather jump into more Kitchen Nightmares, but for his fans, I suppose any chance to hear him yell will work.
Where are you on the Hell's Kitchen meter? Had enough? Excited to jump straight into more? What did you think of the recent finale? Sound off.
Keep in mind, simply for ease of loading, this is split into two pages. Don't miss the guys on page 2.
Two-Hour Season Premiere Airs Wednesday, September 22, on FOX
Winner To Receive Head Chef Position at L.A. Market and Opportunity To Be Official Spokesperson for Rosemount Estate Wines
Sixteen new aspiring restaurateurs step up to the plate on the piping-hot season premiere of HELL’S KITCHEN airing Wednesday, Sept. 22 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. These culinary contenders will brave not only the heat, but also the sharp tongue of superstar chef Gordon Ramsay as they compete to win a life-changing prize.
Each week, Ramsay puts the contestants through a series of grueling challenges, including baking in the all-new pizza ovens, catering a high school prom, introducing sushi to the HELL’S KITCHEN menu, serving breakfast to hard-working EMTs and celebrating the series’ milestone 100th episode with a black-tie dinner service.
As the chefs are winnowed down, only those who catch Ramsay’s eye will get to advance to the next round. Hoping for the coveted black chef jacket, the chefs will compete against one another, striving to survive another week. Eventually two finalists will compete head-to-head to impress Ramsay and one lucky chef will walk away with a head chef position at LA Market at the JW Marriott Hotel Los Angeles at L.A. LIVE and the opportunity to be the official spokesperson for Rosemount Estate Wines.
