As much of a fan of Blu-Ray as I am, even I am not even a little convinced that you need to own every release on Blu-Ray. Still, some things are definitely worth it, and the real problem is that you already own some of them. Warner Bros. DVD2Blu has offered you the ability to upgrade by sending in your standard format discs, and for a small upcharge, sending you back the Blu-Ray release.
It's a pretty good service, especially if you consider that the things you already own are probably the things you want the best version of you can get. They've been up for a while, and I haven't really heard any complaints, and now they've added the ability to upgrade your TV DVDs as well. It's a simple process, and a deal worth checking out.
