Well, not that it isn't old news, and not that everyone hasn't seen it already, but the new Iron Man 2 trailer looks so cool that I had to put it up. If you aren't digging the briefcase at the end, then I lose all hope for you. More importantly, we get a better feel for what's going on, and, other than simply to load up on coolness, why we're watching. And, we get a look at the rest of the cast.
Don Cheadle, Scarlett Johansson, Samuel L. Jackson, and Sam Rockwell kick this trailer up a notch or two.
It's a smart trailer really, and gives you a lot of bang for the run time. On the other hand, I wouldn't mind not seeing the car cut in half yet again, but they really like that scene, so I suppose I have to put up with it.
On the other hand, the trailer does sort of present things as though assuming you already know what's going on. It doesn't tell you anything about Black Widow, except to say hello, doesn't really hint at S.H.I.E.L.D., and just gives a bit of a boo shot at Jackson. If it doesn't already mean anything to you, it doesn't mean anything to you.
