I hope you've been watching Food Network's new spin on cooking competitions, Worst Cooks in America. Watching yet another show with seriously talented chefs has its place, but I find it a lot more interesting to watch people learn some serious skills. People who have the interest, maybe the passion, but don't have the experience.
