ScreenIt? Link Love, DVD Lesser-Knowns And Other Junk – Kindle, TV, Late Night,

That's right, there isn't even a time reference at all. We'll just have to take it as it comes.

The last several weeks were so crazy that there was no possibility of even trying to get these things out to you, and I'm no better off at the moment.

Therefore, it's the running headlong edition.

First off though - The Critics' Choice Movie Awards are tonight on VH1. I'll be live blogging via the chat theory VH1 has going. You can see it the widget on the homepage. We'll see how that goes, but be sure to tune in. The live blog, by the way, is a sort of group chat live blog, so there will be a lot of people chiming in.

TV.com has a nice little rundown of 10 midseason shows to check out, and it's a great, quick, look at some shows you may not have on your radar... well, and LOST. Check it out here.

Speaking of mid-season, don't forget that White Collar, Burn Notice, and PSYCH will be returning shortly. White Collar and PSYCH on new nights. I'll have lots of info soon, including, at the very least, an interview with the stars of White Collar.

Are you already tired of the late night TV debacle? Screw it, buy Conan's show.

Did you watch American Idol? Sure, you caught one version of Pants on the Ground, but did you see this one?

Now, there are crazy products out there, and then...
Dr. Horrible Animated Maquette

there are things that come along once in a while that are too awesome to comment on at all.

In relatedly geeky news, four Universities have apparently suspended programs which would take advantage of the Amazon Kindle. It seems Kindles discriminate against the blind. Now listen, I hate to be Mr. Non-PC here, but stay with me here a second... it's a gadget that takes paper books and puts them on a screen. Books. Which seem to have dodged that bullet. Check the story at GeeksAreSexy.net here.

In snippety news - Men of a Certain Age, The Good Wife, and NCIS: LA have all been renewed. Hooray. OK. Sheesh.

Are you ready for an IMAX experience that might really be something to write home about?

Now, there isn't technically a screen, but are you curious what critics are saying about the Legally Blonde musical in London? Well, first, just go away. Second, BBC will round up the critic reactions for you.

You like movies right? Well, then you may already know about HSX.com. The Hollywood Stock Exchange lets you market in movie futures, buying what you think will do well, hopefully at a low price. You get the idea. Well, too much is never enough, and now apparently the people behind the site are launching a real money version. Seriously. Check it out at THR here.

You're bound to know this one already, but I have to say it. Netflix is bringing streaming to the Wii!!! Hooray.

I feel Conan is getting a raw deal out of all this … I guess this gives me a real reason to go to bed early!

The trouble with selling the Tonights Show on Craigs list … who would buy it!

I was fascinated with Kindle when Amazon first launched it. This sounded like a cool thing to have, but I have always liked reading from books rather than from computer screens and for this reason I never purchased a Kindle. Now the universities seem to feel that they are going to drop the use of Kindle because it doesn't provide a means for blind. Amazon will have to now make a decision if they can address this concern. As for me I have decided to go a different route and am listening to more of my books from audio renditions on my iphone.
