Paranormal State Giveaway – New Season Premieres 12/15!

I have a feeling I'm going to surprise a few people by saying that, yes, I watch Paranormal State. Now, I'm going to blame it on my wife, because a good number of the people who are tuning in for my generally long-winded reviews are going to be uncertain how to take such information, but the truth is that there's something about the show.

09-1274_parastate_s4wlogoThose who are already rolling your eyes, believe me, I'm with you. I mean, how could you possibly fake strange knocking noises, or a psychic's abilities on a (relatively) heavily produced television show? Whatever your thoughts on the paranormal might be, the show is insanely watchable. If you know me, you might think I mean that in a sense similar to such shows as Judge Judy or The Hills (if you don't love watching The Hills and The City, you're dead inside), but I actually mean it a more "legitimate" sense.

It's a little wild, and Ryan has become progressively more the crusader (and one with a hair trigger to boot), but it's somehow a lot of fun.

At any rate, hopefully a few new and old fans will check, because I've got a chance at a nice prize pack for you.

I have never had a paranormal experience … just the same I feel that there are events that occur that can be classified as a paranormal experience. Some are classified as fraud … done for sensationalism and some are classified as a true paranormal experience. After all a paranormal event is described as an unusual experience that lack a scientific explanation. I wonder if my ancestors would come back today and think that they would be experiencing a paranormal experience to see a jet taking off a concrete runway when in their time all they experienced were horses and dirt roads. I know that sounds simplistic, but sometimes the paranormal is only paranormal because science hasn’t caught up with reality. I will surely enjoy this series on A & E.

I just seen an episode that included a couple, Joan and her boyfriend Tony , and all the paranormal activity that has been occurring in their life … the entire evil spirit seems to be present due to high EMF in their home. A priest is brought in to help Tony with his feeling of anger and being controlled by this evil spirit. I find it interesting that this entire paranormal experience isn’t over and still considered an open case. Tony is now going to church every week. After viewing this episode it reaffirms the importance of keeping God central in your life.
