One of the best things about Up for me was the attention to detail when it came to the past. Not just the styling and imagery, but the point of view. The bulging eyes at the movie theater, the exact collection of memorabilia surrounding the one we picked out, every smallest detail. Ice Age Dawn of the Dinosaurs is one of those incredibly rare third installments, because it's far better than the first two films. Though I'm not sure that's true for the little ones, it's certainly true for me.
