Good review. Although I like Katherine Heigl, I think am still going to watch this film or otherwise wait for the DVD release to save time.

OK, so I'm a girl and like romantic comedies (and, admittedly, most other kinds of comedies). But then I watch movies for the characters involved and the dialogue, not for plot.

Good characters, good film. Bad/unlikeable characters, bad film. For me.

I might give it a try, but I won't rush right out. I'm not intrigued by the description of the characters.
