I’ve been trying to keep an eye on 9 since I first heard the short film was being made into a feature length film. If you aren’t in the loop, the story is that of a scientist in post-apocalyptic world who transfers life to a group of dolls. Said dolls must battle against a sort of Terminator/Matrix theory “machine” force of nogoodness.
The film is produced by Tim Burton, and features the voice talents of Elijah Wood, John C. Reilly, Jennifer Connelly, Crispin Glover, Martin Landau, and Christopher Plummer. And, it looks amazing. You can catch the trailer (and it’s a great trailer really) to get a feel of the truly surreal environment in store for you on 9-9-09.
I’ve got an exclusive poster to share that looks fantastic, and you can also check out the Facebook page for the 9 scientist which will be letting you in on the backstory of the film. It’s pretty cool as well.
Enjoy the poster, and stay tuned for more on this one.
