And I now have it on DVD to watch at my leisure. I do believe the whole series offered a very good insight into how difficult life used to be, and the interesting thing is, this might be the life of the future for a lot of people as oil runs out, fossil fuels decline and the demand for food becames ever higher. I don't think Karen Glenn can be singled out alone for just being difficult. I felt she preached neighbourliness but didn't always practice this particularly regarding Adrienne. But I was really glad to see Mark Glenn get a lot out of it. They all did in their own different ways. Montana seems a fantastic place to live, and those who live there and survive the winter are very lucky indeed.
