For reasons unknown, I’ve actually received quite a few emails asking me about online gambling… mainly poker. I do actually play around a little with poker, and there is a pretty cool “hub” of online casino information called Five Star Gamble. The site doesn’t have any sort of gambling themselves, but they provide online casino reviews, give a lot of casino news, and generally let you know everything you need to know about a wide variety of such sites. A feature that I find particularly interesting is that in their reviews they give details about what software the various casinos use. Now, I’m not in the know enough to get the most out of that information, but it’s an interesting feature.
They also provide their own list of the top online casinos, which runs down the 30 “best” places according to their rankings and reviews. This all gets put together with information on what type of deposits are accepted by the casinos (Visa, Amex, and various alternatives), their deposit bonuses, and much more.
The site also runs down which sites accept players from where. Some do not accept players from the U.S., etc. Please keep in mind, that I personally know nothing about what is legal to do where, and you’re on your own for complying with the laws of wherever you may be. Consider yourself disclaimed.
Online since 2003, Five Star Gamble has long been a top rated casino review site. To my semi-knowing eye, they provide a great resource for stepping into the world of online gambling. If you are thinking about trying your luck, the options can be overwhelming, and this site at least lets you make your decision armed with some solid information. Check out a sample of their reviews here – Golden Casino review.
