A) because it is clearly a lot like The Mentalist.

B) I haven't heard anyone even make any comparison at all between The Mentalist and Psych, but for me personally it has nothing to do with an admission, because I've never seen Psych.

Like Kelli Williams as well, and for the first season or two The Practice was quite good.
